Mr Muller once had it easy to finance properties, but when things weren’t looking so great the banks refused to finance him on a family home he wanted to purchase. This triggered his frustration as he couldn’t have a personal chat to someone to motivate his reason why he can afford the house.

Many years later Mr Muller got back onto his feet but the banks still didn’t like him because he was self-employed. Determined to find alternative ways to finance properties, he decided to put together his business plan to start a company which will offer property buyers an alternative and affordable way to buy their first home, business premises or investment property.
